These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ba99ap ("ba99ap", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ba99ap website located at https://ba99ap.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and content (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account with ba99ap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during the period in which your account remains open:

ba99ap reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason. 2.Account Verification (KYC)

ba99ap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. We may, at our sole discretion, request documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change to account details.

Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driving licence issued by BRTA
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months confirming your address

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. ba99ap will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used to make deposits to the same account.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ba99ap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold that may vary by payment method; current thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

• Deposits are ordinarily credited to your ba99ap account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ba99ap is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Complex verification cases or high-value withdrawals may take longer.
• ba99ap does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ba99ap bears no responsibility.
• All funds deposited to ba99ap must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error, ba99ap reserves the right to reverse the credit and request that the funds be returned.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ba99ap offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of the bonus in question.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of this period will be forfeited automatically.
• ba99ap reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed, to amend the terms of a promotion with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing the bonus system.

9.Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

ba99ap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity. ba99ap's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ba99ap account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

ba99ap reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ba99ap may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
